Description
Within a graveyard (GA114-001004-). McCaffrey (1952, 279, no. 4) recorded that this souterrain was located ‘immediately east’ of the round tower (GA114-001005-). According to local information, a stone-built ‘cave’, running NE-SW towards the tower, was accessible in the early 1950s. No visible surface trace survives. - GA114-001013 Bullaun stone (present location)
Description
This roughly oval granite bullaun stone (L 0.78m; Wth 0.55m; visible H 0.6m) was found in a pile of rubble in the NW corner of a garden. It was subsequently moved and is now a landscape feature in the garden. It is set c. 0.3m deep in the ground. The central circular depression (diam. 0.3m; D 0.3m) is used for growing flowers. The bullaun may be associated with the medieval church (GA114-001003-) and round tower (GA114-001005-) c. 110m to the NNW. Compiled by: Olive Alcock Date of upload: 23 November 2018

Description
In level grassland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 279, no. 25) as a ‘Stone fort’, it consists of a poorly preserved circular ringfort (diam. 23.5m) defined by a bank of earth and stone. Description
Detached three-bay two-storey former RIC barracks, built c.1860, having central gabled entrance breakfront, and two-bay two-storey addition to rear. Now in use as Garda station. Hipped tiled roof with cut limestone chimneystacks, some cast-iron rainwater goods and timber bracketed overhanging eaves. Cut snecked limestone walls to front elevation, and dressed limestone walls to side elevations, with cut limestone block-and-start quoins and plinth course. Square-headed doorway with cut limestone surround and tooled limestone cornice with stone modillions. Recessed panel to apron of first floor window above, now having garda emblem. Round-headed window opening to first floor of breakfront, with raised tooled limestone surround with raised keystone, tooled limestone sill and replacement uPVC window, and square-headed windows elsewhere having tooled limestone sills, cut limestone voussoirs to front elevation, cut limestone lintels to side elevations, and replacement uPVC windows. Recent gates to entrance to yard to south, having snecked limestone boundary walls.

Description
Gateway, made c.1800, comprising double pair of square-profile ashlar limestone piers with limestone copings and rounded caps having gabled appearance to front, flanking double-leaf cast-metal vehicular gate and flanking pedestrian gates, with adjoining cast-metal railings on cut limestone plinths and terminating in square-profile tooled limestone piers with plinths and copings.
