Description
On a rise in otherwise low-lying grassland. This fairly well-preserved, almost circular rath (31m N-S; 30m E-W) is defined by a bank (Wth 4m; int. int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.3m) which is overlain by a field boundary. A road skirts the monument at SW. A gap (Wth 4m) at NE could be original. Description
Within a rath (GA117-057----). According to local information, there is a souterrain in the rath. Its site may be marked by a rectangular depression (N-S; L >11.6m; Wth 2.4m; D c. 0.6m) in the S sector of the interior.
