Description
Detached three-bay two-storey Georgian house, built c.1800, having four-bay side (south) elevation, and crenellated two-storey extensions to rear (west) and side (north). Hipped slate roof with timber clad overhanging eaves, rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered crenellated parapets, concealing bitumen roofs to extensions. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls throughout. Diminishing square-headed window openings with tooled limestone sills throughout, having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor and nine-over-nine pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor. Elliptical-headed door opening with raised render reveal, timber fluted pilasters set on limestone plinths and having carved console brackets, flanking timber panelled door with spoked fanlight above. Approached by steps. Two-storey rubble stone outbuilding with pitched slate roof to west of site. Set within own grounds.

Description
Detached five-bay two-storey country house, built c.1820, having shallow breakfront bay to front (south) and historic two-storey and recent single-storey lean-to additions to rear (north). Rendered stair giving access to first floor of historic rear addition. Hipped slate roof with rendered and uPVC clad eaves, rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Slate and artificial slate roofs to lean-to additions. Rendered walls with plinth. Square-headed window openings with stone sills throughout, having replacement aluminium casement windows to front and one-over-open pane timber sliding sash windows to rear and side (east) elevations. Round-headed door opening to front elevation, having painted tooled stone doorcase comprising coursed block surround with engaged Doric columns on square-profile plinths, surmounted by consoles and open bedded pediment. Replacement aluminium door with fanlight and side panels having limestone stepped approach. Camber-headed door opening to rear elevation having timber battened door. Square-headed door opening to first floor of addition having timber battened door. Located within own grounds.

Description
Quadrant entrance to Crookston House, built c.1770, comprising paired round-headed arches flanked by paired pilasters with carved entablature above. Double-leaf wrought-iron gates to central vehicular opening and single leaf wrought-iron pedestrian gates to arches. Curving rubble stone side walls with cut limestone capping, terminating in ashlar limestone square-plan gate piers.

Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, gable copings and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with sign attached to front elevation. Square-headed window openings with render sills throughout, having one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to first floor and uPVC casement windows to ground floor. Pointed arch window opening with render sill to side (south-west) elevation, having timber casement window. Square-headed door opening to front elevation with double-leaf glazed timber doors, flanked by rubble stone wall with painted brick capping. Pitched corrugated-iron roofs to rear outbuilding, having painted with rubble stone walls.
