Description
In pasture, on N-facing slope above Argideen River. Raised circular area (diam. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (H 3.8m). Outer stone facing NW->S. Low section to SSE may be blocked entrance; gap to N (Wth 2m). Traces of external fosse noticeable NW->N. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
