Description
In pasture, atop hillock. Circular, raised area (21.2m N-S; 21m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.25m) SW->N; scarp (H 2.6m) N->SW. Possible entrance to NE (Wth 9m). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
