In tillage, on SE-facing slope. Indicated as irregular rectangular enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map; as hachured circular enclosure on 1936 OS 6-inch map. Levelled; differential crop growth defines circular area (max. diam. 21m N-S). Ringfort (CO065-070---) c. 130m to ENE. Description
In pasture, on ESE-facing slope. Circular area (diam. c. 30m) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.2m). Gaps in bank to E and NW. Interior raised on ESE side and cut into higher ground on WNW side to compensate for hillslope; overgrown.
