Description
In pasture, on S-facing slope, commanding view to SE over Myrtleville Bay. Slightly raised, circular area (38m E-W; 36m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.3m) S->NNW; low rise elsewhere; external fosse (max. D 0.55m). Drain cut into fosse on SW side, continues E along field fence. O Murchadha (1967, 12) mentions souterrain (CO099-085---) here. Description
In pasture, atop hill, commanding extensive views. Depicted as bivallate circular enclosure (diam. c. 45m) on 1934 OS 6-inch map. According to O Murchadha (1967, 12) 'Here the remains of a double rampart could be clearly seen, which was bulldozed into oblivion in 1966'. Souterrain (CO099-03302-) in interior. Freestanding concrete water tower, erected c.1950. Cylindrical tank with flat roof set on four piers having three platforms at varying intervals. Metal railings to platforms. Vertical metal water pipes running between platforms from tank to base. Concrete flat-roofed utility building to base having square-headed window openings with concrete sills. Chain link boundary fence with gate piers and metal gate to front (north).

Description
Detached seven-bay single-storey corrugated-iron house, built c.1900. Pitched corrugate iron roof having timber bargeboards and uPVC rainwater foods. Square-headed window openings with timber sills and timber casement windows throughout. Square-headed door openings with timber surrounds to front (east) elevation having timber battened doors. Attached corrugated-iron shed to side (west). Corrugated-iron outbuildings to front and side (west). Set within own grounds.

Description
Detached five-bay two-storey former coast guard station, built c.1890, having two-storey box end-bays to front (south). Single-storey lean-tos to sides (east and west) and rear (north). Gable-fronted bartizan oriels to sides (east and west) on moulded rendered corbels. Currently vacant. Hipped slate roof with moulded render eaves course with brackets. Timber corbels to rear. Red brick chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Single pitched slate roofs to lean-to additions. Roughcast rendered walls having rendered plinth with chamfered coping, having red brick quoins to box bays. Rendered walls to oriels having chamfered moulding to camber-headed bases. Camber-headed window openings with chamfered limestone sills to front elevation and oriels, having red brick block-and-start surrounds and voussoirs to front elevation. Remains of timber casement windows to front elevation and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to oriels. Square-headed window openings with chamfered limestone sills to rear elevation and box bays, having timber casement windows to box bays. Openings to rear elevation blocked with timber sheeting. Camber-headed door opening to side (east) and rear elevations having timber panelled door to rear opening.

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1920, having recent lean-to extension to rear (north) and recent pitched roofed extension to side (east). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack, timber eaves course and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with render sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front (south) elevation having replacement glazed uPVC door. Rendered boundary walls to front and side (west) with square-profile gate piers and wrought-iron gate. Attached outbuilding to side (east). Located within own grounds along roadside.
