The proposed development comprises of a separate Apartment Block on each of the land parcels either side of St. Francis of Assisi Church, as follows: • Block A is located to the west of the Church and ranges in height from 3 to 5 storeys, and accommodates 44 no. one-bed apartments all with a south or west facing terrace or balcony.
