The proposed development includes for the construction of three no. buildings. Building 1 will provide for a two storey retail showroom use, ancillary retail warehousing for bulky goods and an ancillary restaurant / café; Building 2 will provide for a single storey retail warehouse comprising 3 no. units and Building 3 will provide for medical services including a Primary Care Centre of 4 floors over ground floor including a pharmacy and associated retail use / café. The overall proposed development is 15709 sqm on a site of 2.181 hectares. The proposed development also includes for the creation of a new site entrance from the Kinsale Road, service access at Tramore Road, a substation, waste storage, car parking, set-down areas, landscaping, totem sign, signage and all associated ancillary site works.
