  Description

  Not visible at ground level. Gate pier of 19th-century date located where ringfort is marked on OS 6-inch map. Depicted as large circular enclosure on the 1912 edition of the OS 6-inch map. Gate pier may belong to folly which was located in the centre of the destroyed enclosure.   Description

  Located on flat pasture land in upland area. Circular area (diam 35m E-W) defined by a scarp (ext. H 1m) and outer fosse (Wth 2m, ext. D 1m) with entrance gap (Wth 3m) at E. Field fence intersects site from NW through N to NE destroying fosse and scarp.   Description

  Detached three-bay single-storey former worker's house, built c.1820, with modern extension to rear and outbuilding to west. Now in use as a private dwelling. Located at road side. Half-hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with timber sash window. Pointed-arched window openings with Y-tracery to east-facing side elevation and stone outbuilding. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door.
