Description
In pasture on N-facing slope overlooking Whiddy Island and Bantry Bay. Rectangular stone aligned ENE-WSW (H 1.35m; 0.90m x 0.17m). Description
In pasture, on coast line overlooking Bantry Bay to N. D-Shaped area, enclosed by arc of earthen bank (H 1m) with external fosse (D 1.75m) projecting 12m from eroding edge (23m NE-SW) of shore. Description
Covered by stone-built dome, lined internally with coursed, water-rolled stones. Stone built altar to SE of well; visited on August 15th each year (Roberts 1988). Description
This was reported by archaeologist Tony Miller in Feb. 2012. He described it as 'a man made altar set against a vertical, north facing rock face. It comprises a two-tier altar supported by dry stone walling. It is adorned by many statues and votive offerings. The Holy Well (CO118-020----) is only c. 3 meters from its western end. - CO118-020002 Bullaun stone
Description
This was reported by archaeologist Tony Miller in Feb. 2012. He noted that 'on a recent visit to the Mass Rock and Holy Well (CO118-020--) at Beach, Bantry, I noticed a small bullaun stone standing on the west side of the altar. It is an integral part of the shrine and has a few religious objects placed within the bowl. It is a small, sub-rectangular block of sandstone (0.33m L by 0.25m W and 0.15m T). The bowl is in one of the smaller sides and measures 0.13m X 0.1m X 0.08m in depth.'

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, with attached flanking outbuildings and lean-to extensions (east and west). Pitched artificial slate with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows and stone sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Enclosed by rendered walls and piers south with cast-iron railings. Flanking outbuildings comprising pitched roofed blocks with single-pitched end blocks set at right angles. Pitched corrugated-iron roofs, limewashed rubble stone walls and timber battened doors to openings. Additional outbuilding to south, set facing house on opposite side of road, comprising three-bay single-storey building having rubble stone walls and flight of external steps to gable.

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey Victorian house, built c.1860, with gabled central bay flanked by bay windows, and having later additions to rear (north), c. 1890, and recent lean-to and conservatory extensions to west. Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, ceramic pots, carved timber bargeboards, drop finials and replacement metal and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with quoins and plinth. Replacement timber windows to bay windows. Square-headed openings with replacement uPVC windows, moulded render surrounds and concrete sills. Label moulding to central first floor opening. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door and overlight having moulded render surround, approached by limestone steps.
