Description
Single-arch railway bridge, built 1889, carrying road over former Great Northern Railway line. Elliptical arch, flanked by pier buttresses. Rock-faced rusticated stone walls, piers, and parapet walls, having cut-stone string course and impost course and margined quoins to piers. Red brick archivolt laid in soldier courses, skewly-laid vault to soffit of arch. Moulded brick copings to parapets. Concrete wing walls to east bank of north elevation and west bank of south elevation.
