Semi-detached three-bay two-storey house, extant 1903, on a cruciform plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch to ground floor; single-bay (single-bay deep) full-height central return (west). One of a pair. Pitched slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on pitched slate roof (west) with clay ridge tiles, lichen-spotted coping to gables with rendered chimney stacks to apexes having concrete capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Fine roughcast walls with rendered "bas-relief" strips to ends. Square-headed central window opening (ground floor) with concrete sill, and rendered "bas-relief" surround framing fixed-pane timber fitting having curvilinear glazing panels. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining crved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors, staircase on a dog leg plan with turned timber balusters supporting carved timber banister terminating in turned timber newels, and carved timber surrounds to door openings to landing framing timber panelled doors. Set back from line of road with rendered chamfered piers to perimeter having stepped capping supporting looped flat iron gate.

Detached five-bay single-storey lobby entry house with half-dormer attic, extant 1840, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting porch. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables with rendered chimney stacks to apexes centred on rendered chimney stack having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwatwer goods on timber eaves boards retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered battered walls; shell encrusted rendered surface finish (porch). Round- or segmental-headed central door opening with concealed dressings framing glazed timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement (ground floor) with cut-granite sills, timber mullions, and concealed dressings including timber lintels framing six-over-six timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings (half-dormer attic) with concrete sills, and concealed dressings including timber lintels framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds with cylindrical piers to perimeter supporting wrought iron gate.

Detached three-bay (two-bay deep) two-storey house, built 1830, on a rectangular plan; single-bay (single-bay deep) full-height central return (south). Occupied, 1901. Sold, 1911. Extended, ----, producing present composition to accommodate continued alternative use. Refenestrated, ----. Hipped slate roof on an E-shaped plan centred on hipped slate roof (south), lichen-covered clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks on axis with ridge having corbelled stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta octagonal pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Segmental-headed central door opening approached by two concrete steps, timber doorcase with panelled pilasters supporting shallow cornice, and concealed dressings having concave reveals framing replacement timber panelled door having fanlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing two-over-two timber sash (ground floor) or timber casement (first floor) windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining encaustic tiled floor, carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors, and moulded plasterwork cornice to ceiling; square-headed door opening into staircase hall with timber surround framing timber panelled double doors; staircase hall (south) retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors, staircase on a dog leg plan with turned timber balusters supporting carved timber banister terminating in turned timber newels, and carved timber surrounds to door openings to landings framing timber panelled doors; drawing room (east) retaining carved timber surround to door opening framing timber panelled door with carved timber surround to window opening framing timber panelled shutters on panelled risers, chimneypiece, and moulded plasterwork cornice to ceiling; dining room (west) retaining carved timber surround to door opening framing timber panelled door with carved timber surrounds to window openings framing timber panelled shutters on panelled risers, chimneypiece, and moulded plasterwork cornice to ceiling; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with carved timber surrounds to window openings.
