Description
Three-arch hump back road bridge over river, extant 1838. Part creeper- or ivy-covered repointed coursed or semi-coursed rubble limestone walls with lichen-covered rounded coping to parapets. Series of three segmental arches between flat iron "Serpentine" tie bars with cut-limestone voussoirs. Sited spanning Castlebar River with unkempt grass banks to river.

Description
Detached three-bay (two-bay deep) two-storey double-pile country house with dormer attic, built 1863-7; dated 1865, on a square plan centred on single-bay single-storey gabled projecting open porch to ground floor; four-bay two-storey rear (north) elevation. Occupied, 1911. Vacant, 1923-36. Sold, 1991. Restored, 1999-2001, to accommodate alternative use. Hipped double-pile (M-profile) slate roof centred on gablets to window openings to dormer attic with rolled lead ridges, tuck pointed snecked limestone chamfered chimney stacks having lichen-covered cut-limestone capping, trefoil-detail decorative timber bargeboards to gablets on consoles with cast-iron "Fleur-de-Lys" finials to apexes, and embedded rainwater goods in dragged cut-limestone chamfered "cornice" on dragged cut-limestone "Cavetto" consoles retaining cast-iron ogee hoppers and square profile downpipes with trefoil-detailed straps. Dragged limestone ashlar-banded tuck pointed snecked limestone walls on dragged cut-limestone chamfered plinth with bull nose-detailed drag edged dragged hammered limestone flush quoins to corners. Segmental-headed central door opening approached by flight of three cut-Portland Stone steps with drag edged dragged cut-limestone surround having bull nose-detailed reveals framing glazed timber panelled double doors. Cusped flanking window openings on dragged cut-limestone chamfered sill course with drag edged dragged cut-limestone surrounds having chamfered reveals framing fixed-pane fittings having stained glass margins centred on lattice glazing bars. Cusped window opening in tripartite arrangement (first floor) with dragged cut-limestone chamfered sill, and polished pink marble Corinthian colonette mullions supporting drag edged dragged cut-limestone voussoirs having chamfered reveals framing fixed-pane fittings having stained glass margins centred on leaded stained glass panels. Square-headed window openings (ground floor) with dragged cut-limestone chamfered sill course, and drag edged dragged hammered limestone block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement (first floor) with dragged cut-limestone chamfered sill course, dragged cut-limestone Corinthian colonette mullions, and drag edged dragged hammered limestone block-and-start surrounds having engaged colonette-detailed reveals framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings in bipartite arrangement to rear (north) elevation with dragged cut-limestone chamfered sill courses, dragged cut-limestone Corinthian colonette mullions, and drag edged dragged hammered limestone block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals (ground floor) or engaged colonette-detailed reveals (first floor) framing one-over-one timber sash windows. Stable complex, built 1863-7, on a quadrangular plan about a courtyard including (west): Attached three-bay single-storey outbuilding with half-attic on a symmetrical plan. Renovated, 1999-2001, to accommodate alternative use. Pitched slate roof centred on pitched (gabled) slate roof with roll moulded terracotta ridge tiles, lichen-covered "slated" coping to gables with limestone ashlar chamfered chimney stacks to apexes having cut-limestone capping, and embedded rainwater goods in dragged cut-limestone chamfered cornice on dragged cut-limestone "Cavetto" consoles retaining cast-iron downpipes. Tuck pointed snecked limestone wall (west) with drag edged tooled cut-limestone flush quoins to corners; repointed coursed or snecked limestone wall to courtyard (east) elevation with drag edged tooled cut-limestone flush quoins to corners. Pointed segmental-headed central carriageway below reclaimed cut-limestone date stone ("1722") with drag edged cut-limestone block-and-start surround having chamfered reveals framing timber boarded double doors having flat iron hinges. Square-headed flanking window openings (half-attic) with dragged cut-limestone chamfered sills, and drag edged cut-limestone block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals framing timber casement windows. Triangular-headed door openings to courtyard (east) elevation with cut-limestone step thresholds, and cement rendered block-and-start surrounds framing timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled doors; (east): Attached two-bay single-storey coach house with half-attic on a symmetrical plan. Renovated, 1999-2001, to accommodate alternative use. Hipped slate roof centred on pitched (gabled) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods retaining cast-iron downpipes. Repointed coursed or snecked limestone walls. Pair of camber-headed carriageways with red brick voussoirs having stepped reveals framing replacement fittings. Oculus (half-attic) with red brick voussoir surround framing replacement pivot fitting. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Turlough Park.

Description
Detached five-bay single-storey over basement country house with half-dormer attic; built 1722; extant 1777, on a T-shaped plan centred on single-bay full-height breakfront on a bowed plan. Abandoned, 1786. Disused, 1837. In ruins, 1895. Roof now missing with no rainwater goods surviving on cut-limestone eaves. Coursed rubble limestone walls with cut- or hammered limestone flush quoins to corners. Square-headed central door opening with lichen-covered cut-limestone voussoirs framing rubble stone infill. Square-headed flanking window openings with cut-limestone sills, and cut-limestone voussoirs framing rubble stone infill. Outline of square-headed window openings with rubble stone infill. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Turlough Park.
