Description
Detached Greek Revival three-bay single-storey former gate lodge, built c.1845, with projecting entrance porch. Now in use as private house. Hipped slate roof with replacement ridge tiles, oversailing eaves supported on plain timber brackets, cut-stone central chimneystack and replacement rainwater goods. Walls now stripped to reveal red brick with brick cornice, having vertical ashlar strip of quoins raised to form antae, and cut-stone plinth all round. Two-stage windows flanking porch divided by stone lintel, to north bay small window over lintel with blind brick recess below, opposite arrangement to south bay. Replacement casement windows. Advanced flat-roofed porch with pilasters, full salient entablature and blocking course, and replacement timber panelled door with glazed upper sections. Corner antae framing a wide window on each gable with raised cutstone surround and stone sill, brick relieving arch over, and replacement tripartite casement windows. Rear elevation to road with same two-stage window recesses as front elevation having window to one upper section and all others as blind brick.

Description
Ranges of multiple-bay two-storey outbuildings, built 1828-35, set around courtyard with gated opening to north-west, recent single-storey structure to south internal side of yard. Mainly now derelict except for south wing recently converted to commercial use. Hipped and pitched slate roofs with clay ridge tiles, brick and rendered chimneystacks, sections of cast-iron and replacement rainwater goods. Replacement slate roof to south block. Quarry faced snecked stone walling with squared stones to corners. Brick dressing to square- and-segmental headed windows with stone sills. Brick jambs and elliptical heads to stable openings. South-west external face of stable block with series of four cut stone arches to ground floor having stone dressing to segmental-headed door openings. Timber sheeted doors and some six and nine pane timber casement windows. South-west arched openings with uPVC window and door screens and uPVC windows to upper floor.

Description
Freestanding cast-iron water pump, erected c.1880. Circular banded shaft, wider fluted head with gadrooned domed cap and spike pinnacle. Spout with raised rim and projecting bucket lip, cow tailed handle pivoted on lug projecting from one side of head. Secured on concrete slab surrounded by iron railings at roadside location.

Description
Attached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1800, with single-storey returns to rear. Shopfront inserted to ground floor. Now disused. Steeply pitched corrugated-iron roof with half-dormers having decorative timber bargeboards to rear elevation. Smooth rendered walls with plinth course and quoins to front elevation. Roughcast render over rubble stone walls and brick surround to openings to rear. Stone sills to windows with patent reveals and one-over-one timber sash windows having half-exposed sash boxes, front elevation. Stone sills and two-over-two timber sash windows to rear elevation. One-over-one timber sashes to dormers. Render architrave with sunken panels imitating block-and-start motif and keystone to entrance. Four-panelled timber door with bolection mouldings to upper panels, frame rising from socles. Shopfront having half-height four-pane casement window over stone sill, metal window guard, and receivers on lintel for wooden external shutter, timber sheeted door with frame rising from socles, all enclosed by patent reveal. Fronts directly on to street.
