Description
At the NE end of a low rise in pasture. A slightly raised circular area (diam. c. 7.5m) enclosed from NE-S-SW by a wide low bank of earth and stone (Wth 6.8m; H 1.1m). Description
On an ENE-facing slope in low-lying pasture. A raised circular area (diam. at base 9.8m) enclosed by a wide, low bank of earth and stone (Wth 5.5m; H 0.3-1.1m). From NE-E-SE the outer face of the bank has been modified and incorporated into a field boundary. A break (Wth 2.5m) at SSE marks the original entrance. Description
On an ENE-facing slope in low-lying pasture. A low, almost D-shaped, mound of earth and stone (dims. at base 9.3m ENE-WSW; 6.9m NNW-SSE; H 0.8m) with the straight side at SSE. It is enclosed by a wide, very low bank of earth and stone (Wth 6.2m; H 0.1m) from WSW-N-NNE. Elsewhere no visible surface trace of the bank survives. Description
On a gentle SSE-facing slope in low-lying pasture. A raised circular area (diam. 41.4m) enclosed by a much-denuded, low bank of earth and stone (Wth 5m; H 0.35m max.) with a largely infilled, shallow external fosse (Wth 4.2m; D 0.2m). An ESB pole has been inserted into the bank at NE. From NE-ENE-E, where it is bordered by a modern NW-SE roadway, the outer face of the bank has been steepened.
