The UGC also includes ancillary electrical equipment. The development includes all associated and ancillary works. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) which complies with the European Union (Planning and Development) (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2018 (S.I> 296 of 2018) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The EIAR will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during office hours at the offices of the planning authority.
