  Description

  In improved pasture, on a W-facing slope. Remains of an oval area (dims. 23m N-S; 19m E-W) defined by a low scarp (Wth 2m; H 0.15m), which is only barely traceable from SE-SW, and the slight trace of a fosse from W-NW.   Description

  In improved pasture, on a S-facing slope. Identified as a possible enclosure on an aerial photograph (GSI R.438/7, 16/04/1974). It is not visible at ground level. There is the subtle trace of a curvilinear channel from S-NW, but this is inconclusive due to uneven nature of ground across field. The field boundaries to E, S and W have been removed.   Description

  In improved, undulating pasture. Many of the field boundaries associated with two enclosures (TS059-093002- and TS059-093003-) have been removed. These field boundaries are depicted on both the 1st (1840) and later (1904) edition OS 6-inch map. The remains of linear depressions may represent drainage ditches flanking former field boundaries. • TS059-093002 Enclosure
  Description

  In improved undulating pasture, within a field system (TS059-093001-). Identified as an enclosure on an aerial photograph (GSI R. 438/7, 16/04/1974). A sub-circular area (dims. 17m N-S; 18m E-W) defined by scant remains of a levelled bank (Wth 4.95m; int. H 0.05m; ext. H 0.05m) and outer fosse (Wth 2.6m) which is visible from NE-SW as a dark discolouration in the grass. The bank is visible from S-SW and W-N and elsewhere as discolouration in the grass. There is a low, raised oval area (dims. 8m NW-SE; 5.25m NE-SW) defined by scarp (Wth 1.3m H 0.15m) S-W-N-ESE within the interior. A modern farm trackway lies c. 9m to the N.   Description

  In improved undulating pasture, within a field system (TS059-093001-), at highest point in field. A circular area (dims. 24m N-S; 25m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 2m; H 0.2m) and possible traces of a fosse (Wth 4.1m; H 0.1m) from S-SSW. Identified as an enclosure on an aerial photograph (GSI R. 438/7, 16/04/1974). The remains of an old field boundary are visible as a linear depression, immediately to the N. • TS059-151 Enclosure
  Description

  In improved pasture, on a W-facing slope. Enclosure is partially visible on an aerial photograph (G.S.I. 16-4-1974 R.438/7). A semi-circular area (dims. 23m N-S straight side; 11.5m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 2-3.2m; H 0.25-0.37m). The monument is possibly truncated by a former field boundary, reduced to scar (long axis N-S) to the E. There is no trace at ground level of the monument extending to the E and it may have been further truncated by another field boundary (long-axis E-W) extending to E. However, on the Ordnance Survey ortho image the eastern half of the monument is visible as a cropmark (overall diam. 34m). The interior is grass covered.   Description

  Detached four-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c. 1800, with attic storey, windbreak and single-storey extension to rear having flat corrugated-iron roof. Thatched roof with blocked ridge, rendered chimneystacks and raised gables. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted stone sill and having timber sliding sash one-over-one pane windows to west of entrance, cast-iron casement window to east. Ornate render moulding to attic window, having timber sliding sash one-over-one pane window and painted stone sill. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door. Outbuildings to site have pitched corrugated-iron roofs and rendered walls.
