Description
In pasture, on NNW-facing slope. Circular area (32.5m E-W; 31m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.65m) NE->NW; scarp elsewhere. External fosse (max. D 0.4m) survives to E and W as slope down to base of bank. Laneway cuts outer face of fosse to SSE. Bank stone faced externally to S. Numerous gaps worn through bank.
