Permission is also sought for single storey external store of c.50 m2; and ESB switch room and Substation (c.22 m2 in total) and bicycle racks with space for 100 bicycles, all of which are located within the school boundary. The ESB rooms are accessed externally to the school grounds. Planning permission is also sought for the construction of a community centre of c.1,529 m2 in one 2-storey building, located SW of the proposed post primary school. This building is intended to be shared use building for both the School and for the community, and will contain a multipurpose hall of c.604 m2 a fitness room of c78 m2, 5 no. Site development and landscape works are also proposed, including the provision of 1 no. playing pitch of c.2,043 m2 in a temporary configuration pending the relocation of the temporary car parking; 3 no. basketball courts of c.510 m2 each (c.1,530 m2 in total); and 2 no. attenuation tanks of 1,194 m2 in total.
