Planning permission is also sought for all hard and soft landscaping, plant areas, signage boundary treatments and services and all ancillary and associated site development works. Planning permission for a hotel development on the application site is permitted under Reg. Ref. 2479/17 (as amended under Reg. Ref. 4750/18 and extended under Reg, Ref. 2479/17/x1) which comprises the demolition of an existing single storey service garage and the construction of a 4 to 6 storey over basement hotel with 66 no. bedrooms.
