Description
On a rise in undulating pastureland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m). A roughly N-S running field boundary cut across it from NW to SW. Description
Within the interior of a rath (GA1904-217----). This rectangular children's burial ground (20m N-S; 9.9m E-W) is defined by a collapsed grassed-over drystone wall (H 0.2-0.3m; Wth 0.9-1m). Within it numerous small set stones are visible; no consistent alignment or pattern is evident.
