Refurbishment of existing sash windows. Internal alterations including widening of existing openings, construction of new partition walls and relocation of a number of existing openings. Replace existing roof finish with reclaimed Welsh slate and new natural slate and fit additional rainwater goods. Repointing works to front facade to remove cement mortar to brickwork and replace with lime mortar new mechanical and electrical installation including underfloor heating to lower ground floor.
