The proposed development will also consist of minor internal amendments to previous permitted development at first floor and second floor /attic level, including the provision of a new dormer window constructed at attic level to the rear roof of the main house. The development will also consist of a new projecting canopy over existing side entrance at lower ground floor level and all associated and ancillary works relating to the proposed development, all in accordance with permitted development Register Reference no. 3690/18.
