Description
Situated on a SE-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area with nearby enclosure site (TN026-001) to the N. The barely discernible outline of a levelled circular area (diam. 27m E-W approx.) with a silage pit intersecting the site at S. Description
Situated on a NW-SE ridge in an upland area. Depicted on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. The present remains consist of a horseshoe-shaped area (dims. 19.4m NE-SW) enclosed by a low poorly preserved gravelly bank (Wth 4.3m). Description
Situated on a SE-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area with nearby ringfort possible (TN026-008) to the NE. The present remains consist of a poorly preserved circular area (diam. 16.7m NW-SE) enclosed by an earthen bank utilised as a field fence at SE. - TN026-008 Ringfort - rath
Description
Situated on a low natural rise of ground in an upland area with a nearby enclosure (TN026-007) to SW. A raised circular platform (diam. 22.5m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 1m) with traces of a shallow external fosse at NW.
