Description
On a NE-SW drumlin ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 34m) defined by a scarp (H 0.6-1m), with an outer fosse (Wth of base 1.5-2m; D 0.2-0.4) NE-E and S-WSW. There is no visible entrance. A hedge is planted on the perimeter SW-NW and the interior is overlain by a NW-SE relict field bank . The interior is cut by a NE-SW drain towards the perimeter at NW, while a pond lies immediately SE of the monument. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010

Description
Marked only on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on the S-facing slope of a NE-SW ridge. Oval scrub-covered area which remains unplanted in a coniferous forest (dims. 31m E-W; 24m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 1-3m). On a level landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 35.8m N-S; 34m E-W) defined by an earthen bank and hedge (Wth 3.4-4.2m; int. H 0.2-0.6m; ext. H 0.95m) SSW-W, WNW-NNW and at E, and elsewhere by a scarp (H 0.8m), with an outer fosse (at N: Wth of base 2m; D 0.2-095m) WSW-N-ESE, represented by a band of rushes (Wth 2m) elsewhere. Description
On a low knoll in a gently undulating landscape. Described in 1981 as a circular area (int. diam. c. 24m N-S) defined by a low, overgrown and gapped earthen bank, with a shallow outer fosse SE-W-N (SMR file). It is now visible as a grass-covered platform (diam. 23m) defined by a low scarp (H 0.4-1m). It remains unplanted in a recently planted forest (Bing c. 2013). Description
On a low-lying, level landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 44.5m E-W; 43.5m N-S) defined by an earthen bank and hedge (Wth 3.7m at N to 5.5m at W; int. H 0.4-0.95m; ext. H 1.2-1.7m) SE-W-N which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.7m) elsewhere, and an outer fosse (Wth of top 2.8m at N to 3.75m at S; D 0.15m at S to 0.6m at N) SE-W-N. The stone-lined entrance (Wth 3.8m) is at SE, and a stream or drain circumscribes the perimeter NE-SE. Rath (RO017-006----) is c. 160m to the E. Description
On the crest of a low NE-SW ridge towards the NE end. Subcircular grass-covered but poached area (dims 26.5m N-S; 23.5m E-W) defined by a low, gapped earthen bank (Wth 3.5m; int. H 0.5-0.65m; ext. H 1.1-1.2m) S-W-NE, which is reduced to a scarp (H 0.5m) elsewhere, and an outer fosse (at W: Wth of top 2.5m; D 0.4m) SW-NNE. Externally, a NNW-SSE field bank at E and an ENE-WSW field bank at S have removed the fosse NE-W-SW. Rath (RO017-006----) is c. 160m to the W. Description
On a terrace of an E-facing slope with a N-S stream c. 20m to the E. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 24m N-S; 23m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. Description
On a rocky terrace of an E-facing slope with a N-S stream c. 20m to the E. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 19.5m E-W; 19m N-S) defined by a fosse (Wth of base 2-2.5m; int. D 0.4-0.7m; ext. D 0.1-0.3m) SE-W-N, and a berm (Wth 2.5m) elsewhere. There is a record of a slight outer bank S-N in 1981 (SMR file), which is no longer evident. Rath (RO017-007----) is c. 140m to the NNW. Description
Towards the bottom of a steep SSE-facing slope. Rectangular grass-covered but poached area (dims 39m ENE-WSW; 33m NNW-SSE) defined by earthen banks (Wth 5.3-6m; int. H. 0.55m at W to 1.6m at N; ext. H 1.1m) with some bushes at WSW and NNW, reduced to a scarp at ENE (H 0.8m) and SSE (H 1.45m), but with no visible surface evidence of an enclosing element at the NE angle.
