Description
At the outer edge of a shelf towards the bottom of a N-facing slope. Rectangular grass-covered platform (dims 31.6m E-W; 28.5m N-S; H 1-1.6m) defined by flat-bottomed moats (Wth of top 4.8-7m; Wth of base 2.5-5m; D 0.5-1.2m) on all sides except the N where the moat is a band of rushes (Wth 4.4m), with an outer flat-topped bank (Wth of top 3.3m; H 0.5m) at E. It is surrounded by field banks on all sides except the N, and the corners of the platform are slightly raised (max. ext. dims 59m E-W; 46m N-S). Description
Marked as an island (diam. c. 10m) on the 1837 ed. Of the OS 6-inch map and as a peninsula on the 1927 ed. atached to the W shore of Lough Nahincha (dims. c. 170m N-S; c. 140m E-W). Circular overgrown area with a central flat-topped mound (diam. of top 14m N-S; 12m E-W; dims. of base 27m N-S; 22m E-W; H c. 1.5m) of earth and stone which has a sloping shore (Wth c. 3m). Crannog (RO022-069002-) is c. 15m to the E and connected to this site by a silted landbridge. Mound (RO022-153----) is c. 200m to the NW. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010

Description
Attached to the E shore of Lough Nahincha (dims. c. 170m N-S; c. 140m E-W). Oval overgrown mound (dims. 16m E-W; 9m N-S; H 0.4-0.6m) of earth and stone with a sloping shore (Wth c. 3-4m). Fragments of quernstones are visible on the shore. Crannog (RO022-069001-) is c. 15m to the W and connected to this site by a silted landbridge. Description
Marked only on the 1927 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a low-lying level landscape. Subrectangular grass-covered and flat-topped mound (dims of base 12m NW-SE; 10m NE-SW; dims of top 8m NW-SE; 7m NE-SW) defined by scarps (H 0.3m NW-NE to 0.8-1.1m SE-SW).
