Description
On a N-facing slope. Subcircular overgrown area (dims 34.6m NW-SE; c. 28.6m NE-SW) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 1.9-3.7m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.85-1m) with external, and some internal, facing-stones (at NE: Wth of bank 1.4m). There is no visible fosse, but an entrance (Wth 2.2m) at ESE is probably original. Description
At the W edge of a low plateau. Circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 44.9m E-W; 44.8m N-S) defined by a stone wall and hedge, best preserved (at SW: Wth 1.6m; int. H 1.2m; ext. H 2m) S-W, but decreasing around to the N and E where there are just inner and outer facing-stones (at NE: Wth of wall 2.1m). Description
On a gentle N-facing slope. Circular overgrown area (int. diam. c. 32m NNW-SSE) defined by an overgrown stone spread (at E: Wth 8m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 1.2m) with no visible facing-stones and largely obscured by spoil. There is an entrance (Wth 2.1m), perhaps not original, at NE, and the perimeter is overlain by a field wall SE-WNW. Description
Marked only on the 1915 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 55m) truncated slightly by a NW-SE field bank and townland boundary with Knockanyconor at SW, and visible as a D-shaped vegetation mark (int. diam. c. 30m NW-SE) defined by three fosses (max. ext. diam. c. 70m NW-SE) and truncated at SW by a NW-SE field bank on aerial photographs (GSIAP: M222-3).
