Description
Marked as a subcircular embanked enclosure (ext. dims. c. 35m N-S; c. 30m E-W) on the 1837 ed. and as a circular hachured enclosure (diam. c. 40m) on the 1914 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated on a slight N-facing slope in a low-lying landscape, it is not now visible at ground level in pasture. Rath (RO023-113----) is c. 65m to the SSE. Description
On a gentle E-facing slope in a low-lying landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 37m N-S; 34.6m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 5.5-7m; int. H 0.5-0.9m; ext. H 1.5m at W to 2.1m at S), and an outer fosse (Wth of top 5.7-6.5m; Wth of base 2-3m; D 0.4m at N to 1.6m at S) which is partly back-filled E-SSE and SSW-WSW. The entrance (Wth 1.4m), possibly stone-lined, and causeway (Wth 4.2m) are at SE. The bank is incorporated into a field bank and townland boundary with Doonard More SE-SW, and there is a modern entrance (Wth 2m) at SW. Archaeological testing (02E0766) c. 50-100m to the SW failed to produce any related material (Read 2004c). The possible ringfort (RO023-112----) is c. 65m to the NNW and rath (RO023-114----) is c. 200m to the SW. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010

Description
Just off the crest of a gentle SW-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 36m E-W; 33.1m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 5.1-5.6m; int. H 0.5-0.7m; ext. H 1.4-2.1m) separated by a fosse (Wth of top 6.6m at S to 9.2m at E; Wth of base 3.1-4.2m; D 1m at S to 1.8m at E) from an outer bank (at S: Wth 2.4m; ext. H 0.7m; at E: Wth 5.5m; ext. H 0.8m). There is an entrance through the inner (Wth 3m) and outer (Wth 5m) banks with a causeway (Wth 4m) at SE. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010

Description
On a knoll at the W end of a low WNW-ESE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 47.3m E-W; 43.6m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 5.5-6.7m; int. H 0.2-0.4m; ext. H 1.9-2.4m) separated by a fosse (Wth of top 5.7-7.5m; Wth of base 2.8-3.5m; D 0.8m at N and S to 1.7-1.9m at E and W) from an overgrown outer bank (Wth 2m at S to 4-4.5m generally; ext. H 1.1-1.3m) which has external facing stones (max. ext. diam. 72m E-W; 66m N-S). The entrance (Wth 3m) through the inner bank and the causeway (Wth 4m) are at ESE, but there is no corresponding gap in the outer bank. There are other gaps through both banks at SSW, WSW and NE. Archaeological testing (02E0766) c. 70-150m to the NE failed to produce any related material (Read 2004c). Rath (RO023-113----) is c. 200m to the NE. Description
On the crest at the W end of a low E-W drumlin ridge. Oval grass-covered area (dims 72.4m N-S; 43.9m E-W) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 6-8.8m; int. H 0.3-1m; ext. H 2-3.4m) separated by a fosse (Wth of top 6.6-8.5m; Wth of base 2.8-4.9m; D 1.1-1.7m) from an overgrown outer bank (Wth 3.4-5m; ext. H 0.1-0.3m). The entrance (Wth 4m) and causeway (Wth 4m) are at SW, and the outer bank does not survive SE-SW. The remains of a large building (RO023-188002-) abuts the inner edge of the inner bank at N as a slight grass-covered stoney platform (dims 30m N-S; 8m E-W) with the foundations of walls visible at its SW angle. Description
On the crest at the W end of a low E-W drumlin ridge. D-shaped grass-covered area (dims 80.3m N-S; 45.6m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.9-3.4m; int. H 0.3-0.5m; ext. H 1.1-1.4m) which is poorly preserved at S (Wth 6.5m; H 0.1-0.2m), with a fosse (Wth of top 6m; Wth of base 1.4-2.5m; D 0.4m) NW-SE and an outer bank (Wth 5.6m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 1.1m) NE-ESE. There is an entrance through both banks (Wth 3m) at E, and the perimeter is cut by the banks of rath (RO023-18001-) at W, which this site may have served as an annexe.
