In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research. Date of upload/revision: 16 July 2012 Very regular short rectangular cist (c. 0.55m x 0.36m) containing crouched inhumation of single infant, discovered during farm work. Orientated E-W. (JRSAI 1970, 109; Cahill and Sikora 2011, Vol. 1, 66-8).

Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 Shown on 1839 'OS 6-inch' map as rectangular enclosure defined by well-marked fosse (max. dims. c. 65m NW-SE, 50m NE-SW), and on 1938-39 ed. as field. No visible surface traces. Probably a moated site.
