Roughcast walls (ground floor) on "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cushion course on rendered plinth with rendered block quoins to corners supporting iron-covered "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cornice on blind frieze; roughcast surface finish (first floor). Camber-headed window openings (ground floor) with "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed sill course, and moulded surrounds with hood mouldings framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Round-headed window opening in bipartite arrangement (first floor) with dragged cut-limestone sill course, three quarter-engaged Corinthian colonette mullion, and yellow brick block-and-start surround having chamfered reveals framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Camber-headed window openings with dragged cut-limestone sills (ground floor) or dragged cut-limestone sill course (first floor), and yellow brick block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals framing replacement uPVC casement windows replacing one-over-one timber sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central entrance hall retaining encaustic tiled floor, carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors, and cornice to ceiling; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with carved timber surrounds to window openings framing timber panelled shutters. Camber (ground floor) or square-headed (first floor) window openings centred on paired square-headed window openings in tripartite arrangement with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-six timber sash windows centred on six-over-six timber sash windows having two-over-two sidelights. Set in unkempt grounds shared with Saint Joseph's Convent of Mercy.

Part creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast walls on rendered plinth with rendered quoins to corners. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Saint Joseph's Convent of Mercy.

Sited spanning road with grass embankments to road.
