  Description

  On the gentle NE-facing slope of a low WNW-ESE ridge. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 47m E-W; 45m N-S) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 4-4.8m; int. H 0.25-0.5m; ext. H 1.3-1.7m) and hedge which is reduced to a scarp (H 1.05m) NE-S-SW, with a rounded fosse (Wth of top 5.3-7m; Wth of base 2.5-3m; D 0.4-0.8m) S-SE.   Description

  Towards the top of the W-facing slope of SE-NW spur. Subrectangular grass-covered area (dims 33.5m E-W; 27.6m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.6-3.8m; int. H 0.5-0.8m; ext. H 0.4m at E to 0.7-0.9m generally) and hedge which is reduced to a scarp (H 1.1m) at W. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, but field banks in the vicinity have been removed.   Description

  At the summit of a SE-NW spur. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 58.5m N-S; 52m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.5-7.6m; int. H 0.3-0.6m; ext. H 0.1-0.4m). There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance but there is an old quarry on the perimeter at NW and lazy-beds in the interior. It is truncated slightly at E by a N-S field wall and overlain by an E-W field wall S of the centre. Raths (RO044-039----; RO044-041----; RO044-042----) are c. 190m to the SW, 90m to the NE, and 195m to the E respectively. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010

  Description

  Towards the top of the NE-facing slope of a SE-NW spur. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 40.8m N-S; 40.3m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2.2-4.5m; int. H 0.5-0.8m; ext. H 0.7-0.9m) and hedge overlain by a N-S field bank at the W edge. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance, but there is an overgrown quarry on the perimeter NW-N and lazy-beds in the interior.
