  Description

  Situated on a gentle ESE-facing slope just below the brow of a hillock in undulating pasture with a nearby enclosure (TN035-081) to the NE. A raised circular area (diam. 41m E-W) enclosed by a bank mainly reduced to a scarp (H 1-2m), a wide fosse (Wth 3-4m; ext. D 0.5-1m) and an outer bank (Wth 2.2m; ext. H 0.5m). No visible entrance feature. A large silage pit is constructed in the SE sector of the site. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary. • TN035-081 Enclosure
  Description

  Situated on a low rise of ground in flat pasture with a nearby ringfort (TN035-080) to the SW. A slightly raised subrectangular area (dims. 30m N-S; 28.5m E-W) enclosed by a low earth and stone bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.15m; ext. H 0.6-1m) intersected at E by a modern field fence on a N-S axis. No entrance feature visible. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
