  Description

  Situated on the SW slope of a hilltop in an upland area with nearby barrow group (TN031-024) to NE. A well-preserved circular area (diam. 11.5m N-S) enclosed by a fosse (Wth 2m) and outer bank (Wth 2.5m; ext. H 0.75m). There is a causewayed entrance (Wth 2m) at E. • TN031-039 Ringfort - rath
  Description

  Situated at the base of a W-facing slope of rising ground in an upland area with a destroyed enclosure site (TN031-040) to the SW. A circular area (diam. 20m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved bank (Wth 1.5m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1m) best preserved at N, elsewhere reduced to a scarp with a possible destroyed entance gap at E.
