Description
In pasture, on a SE-facing slope. Roughly circular area (diam. c. 15m) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4-5.75m; int. H 0.2-0.6m; ext. H 0.6-1m), intervening fosse (Wth 4.55m; D 0.65m) and external bank (Wth 3.35m; int. H 0.65m; ext. H 0.5m) is best preserved SE-WNW and survives intermittently NW-N-NNE where it is poorly preserved. The inner bank is best preserved ENE-S-WNW and is damaged by intermittent cattle breaks WNW-N-ENE and is badly poached. The intervening fosse is best preserved SE-W-N-NNE and is waterlogged. It is poorly defined NNE-E-SE where the external bank has been levelled. The remains of levelled external bank (Wth 3.2m; int. H 0.2m; ext. H 0.15m) are traceable NNE-E-SE. A linear fosse-like feature (Wth 2.7m; D 0.4m) is perpendicular to the intervening bank across SSE-sector and may be a straightened portion of the fosse. A low, sub-triangular mound, partially obscured by gorse is to S and may be a modified portion of an additional outer bank. A short portion of this possible outer bank is visible at NE. Potential arc of fosse and this outer bank is truncated by field boundary (long-axis ENE-WSW) at NW. Interior is not accessible due to impenetrable growth and is only visible around the perimeter. Description
In pasture, on a SE-facing slope, falling to valley below. Circular area (map diam. c. 30m) defined by bank (Wth 7.6m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.9m) which is best preserved SE-SSW and bank (Wth 6.25m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.7m) well preserved NW-ENE. Bank is reduced to scarp at SSW and NW where it is eroded by livestock. Fosse (Wth 5.7-7.3; D 0.15-0.25m) is visible SE-W and NW-ENE and is otherwise obscured by dense vegetation. Fosse is backfilled with slippage from bank at SE. Interior not accessible and is obscured by impenetrable overgrowth. Enclosing elements obscured by same ENE-SE and SSW-NW. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011

Description
In wet pasture, on a NW-facing slope. Circular area (dims. 21m N-S; 22m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 1.5m; H 1.4m) which has been straightened (L16m) NNE-ESE. Remnants of low bank (Wth 4.55m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.75m) ESE and S-SW. External fosse (Wth 6.9m; D 1.3m) is waterlogged W-NNW and there is a breach at N to allow water to exit downslope. Interior has a break of slope (Wth 1m; H 0.5m) across NW-sector and dense growth of briars is off-centre to NE. Field boundary depicted on latest edition OS 6-inch map flanking exterior of monument WSW-NNE has been removed W-NNW. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011

Description
In rough pasture, on a NNW-facing slope. Oval area (dims. 22m NNW-SSE; 26m ENE-WSW) defined by bank (Wth 5.2-6.5m; int. H 0.6-0.85m; ext. H 0.85-0.9m) with occasional cattle breaches and obscured by furze bushes SW-NNW, NE and E-ESE. Fosse (Wth 3.5m D 0.2m) WSW-N-ESE is best preserved at WSW (Wth 4.7m; D 0.7m). Possible entrance (Wth 4.7m) at SW. Land drain (long-axis ENE-WSW; D 1.25m) truncates fosse and base across S-sector. Interior has a NNW-facing slope with occasional rushes. Two linear depressions (long-axis c. N-S) within are land drains: Drain (Wth 7.3m; D 0.35m) at W breaches bank of monument at NW where it continues on exterior; Drain (Wth 1.8m; D 0.6m) at E may connect to fosse, but obscured by overgrowth. Description
In gently undulating pasture with a rectangular enclosure (TS066-160001-) located 40m to the SW. Roughly rectangular slightly raised area (dims. 10m N-S; 9m E-W) defined by a low broad external earthen bank (Overall Wth 4.4m; Wth at top 1-1.2m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.1-0.2m) with an external narrow flat-bottomed fosse (Overall Wth 3; Wth at base 1.5m; D 0.1m). The fosse is best preserved SW-NW being very shallow and difficult to discern NE-SW. The fosse is not visible at ground level NW-NE. A break (Wth 2m) in the internal bank at N marks the position of the original entrance. The interior is level and clear of overgrowth. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of upload: 26 August 2011
- TS066-162 Enclosure
Description
In improved pasture, on a general NW-facing slope. Oval area (dims. 19.5m N-S; 16m E-W) defined by scarp (Wth 1.2m; H 0.08m) which is best defined NNW-SE. Remains of levelled bank (Wth 5.3m; int. H 0.1m; ext. H 0.2m) NW-NNW and SE-SW. Remains of fosse (Wth 3.95-4.05m; D 0.05m) N-NE and SE-SW. Drain (long axis NNW-SSE) is c. 2m to W of monument. - TS066-185 Standing stone
Description
In a level area of gently undulating pasture. Monument identified during ASI fieldwork. A limestone standing stone (0.51m x 0.22m; H 1.2m), rectangular in plan and orientated NNW-SSE. It has a flat, rectangular top which slopes gently downwards to the NNW. There is a farm access roadway c. 19m to the E. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of revised upload: 9 September 2014
- TS066-187 Enclosure
Description
In improved level pasture, very lush at time of inspection. Identified during field survey by Alison McQueen and Vera Rahilly (13 January 2009). There is a land drain (Wth 2m) c. 22m to the W and a farm road c. 24m to the W. A semi-circular area (dims. 25.75m N-S; 25m E-W) defined by a scarp (Wth 2.5m; H 0.65m) and fosse (basal Wth 1.5m; overall Wth 5.4m; D 0.25m) from ENE-S-WSW. The monument is transected by a field boundary running c. E-W through the N sector. The fosse appears to curve into the field boundary at ENE and WSW so it is likely that it continued into the next field. Only a slight semi-circular depression is visible on the N side of the field boundary. The interior is generally level and has a slight depression within the centre. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of revised upload: 9 September 2014
- TS066-188 Barrow - ditch barrow
Description
In improved level pasture with a slight tilt in the field to the E. Identified during field survey by Alison McQueen and Vera Rahilly (13 January 2009). The remains of a circular area (dims. 4.75m N-S; 4m E-W) defined by a shallow fosse (Wth 2.2m; D 0.13m). The interior is dome-shaped and is level with the external ground level. Compiled by: Jean Farrelly Date of revised upload: 9 September 2014
- TS066-189 Enclosure
Description
In improved pasture at the base of a NW-facing slope and immediately E of a pond. Identified during field survey by Alison McQueen and Vera Rahilly (20 January 2009). A broad drainage channel running NW-SE in the field flows into the pond. A semi-circular area (dims. 14m NNW-SSE along field boundary; 24m ENE-WSW) defined by a scarp (Wth 6.35m; H 1.5m) and fosse (basal Wth 3.25m; overall Wth 10.9m; D 0.2m) visible in the S quadrant. The pond defines the monument in the E quadrant. The base of the scarp is waterlogged in the SW sector. There is a large dump of soil, now grasses over, in the fosse at S. The monument is truncated by a main road (R662 Galbally to Tipperary) running E-W roughly N of the centre, flanked by hedgerow and a shallow drain. The enclosure is not visible at ground level N of the road. There is evidence of cattle erosion on the scarp at the SE. The interior is generally even and grass covered and slopes to the NE.
