  Description

  Situated on the gentle N-facing slope of a low N-S ridge in undulating countryside. A raised circular area (diam. 30m E-W) enclosed by a low earth and stone bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1-1.5m) reduced to a scarp in places with traces of a shallow outer fosse (Wth 2m). No entrance feature visible.   Description

  Situated on slightly elevated flat pasture with extensive views. Slightly raised square-shaped area (dims. 42m N-S x 44m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2-3m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1m) and flat-bottomed outer fosse (Wth 4m; D 0.5m) with possible entrance gap at E. Wall-footings protrude from top of bank at W and there is good evidence of external and internal stone facing. Possible wall-footings of a rectangular building (dims. 9m E-W; 12m N-S) against inner face of E bank. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.   Description

  Situated on the E-facing slope of a low N-S ridge in undulating countryside. A slightly raised circular area (diam. 24.5m N-S) enclosed by a poorly preserved earth and stone bank (Wth 1.8m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1-1.5m) which is destroyed at S with slight traces of a shallow fosse (Wth 2m; D 0.1m) best visible at N. The enclosing bank is used as a field boundary from W to N.
