  Description

  In re-seeded/reclaimed grassland atop low hillock in undulating upland area with good views in all directions. Nearby hilltop enclosure (TS054-030----) 150m to NE. Barely visible cropmark of levelled enclosure (approx. diam. 30m N-S) which was situated on top of a natural hillock.   Description

  In grassland on natural rise of ground in upland area with good views in all directions. Raised flat surface (Wth 4m; L 250m) traversing a natural ridge with wet lower land now reclaimed to E and W, roadway orientated on a N-S axis and appears to meet up with the townland boundary. Described in the OS Namebook as 'an ancient fence' and appears to be depicted on 1st (1840) ed. OS 6-inch map as a raised linear feature with the name 'Parknabarracks'.   Description

  Detached circular-plan single-storey thatched outbuilding, built c. 1800, having buttresses to south-west and north-east. Hipped thatched roof. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Diminutive square-headed window opening and square-headed door opening with timber battened half-door to north-east. Square-profile lined-and-ruled painted rendered piers with rendered caps having double leaf cast-iron gates.
