  Description

  Situated on flat pasture in an upland area with a stream immediately to the N and a nearby ringfort (TN031-056) to the SW. A raised circular area (diam. 25m E-W) enclosed by a poorly preserved bank mainly reduced to a scarp (H 2m) with a causewayed entrance (Wth 4m) at E. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary. Vol. 1 - North Tipperary' compiled by Jean Farrelly and Caimin O'Brien (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2002).
