  Description

  Located on a NE-facing slope. An inverted cordoned urn containing the cremation of an adult, a stone battle axe and a flint flake was found in a pit (diam. of top c. 07m; D 0.8) capped with a stone in 1974 (Ryan 1975). (Culleton 1984, 37-9; Waddell 1990, 154) The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
