  Description

  Located at the S end of a slight N-S ridge. The cropmark of a D-shaped or subcircular enclosure (dims c. 34m NW-SE; c. 30m NE-SW) with an entrance gap on the straight SE side is visible on aerial photographs (CUCAP, AOX 43 4). It is not visible at ground level in a root crop. The abpve description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).   Description

  Situated on the crest of a slight N-S ridge. The cropmark of a circular enclosure (ext. diam. c. 20m) defined by a single ditch feature (Wth c. 3m) is visible on aerial photographs (MM (48) 2-4). Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 22 July, 2013

• WX045-086 Enclosure
  Description

  Aerial photograph (GB89.AN.07) shows a cropmark of a complex monument comprising a curvilinear subrectangular enclosure (dims. c. 80m N-S; c. 50m E-W) defined by a fosse and with two entrances, one facing west and the other facing south-east. A lunate feature is located within the south-eastern quadrant of the enclosure. Two annexes, each defined by two fosses, are located, one to the north-west, the other to the south-east. Other linear features to the west of the enclosure suggest an associated field-system. Enclosure (WX045-095----) is c. 150m to the ENE.
