Pitched slate roof with trefoil-perforated crested clay ridge tiles, rendered panelled chimney stacks having corbelled stepped capping supporting yellow terracotta pots, decorative timber bargeboards to gable on timber purlins with finial to apex, and cast-iron rainwater goods on moulded rendered cornice retaining cast-iron octagonal or ogee hoppers and downpipes. Rendered wall (ground floor) on moulded cushion course on rendered plinth; rendered surface finish (first floor) with rendered quoins to corners; rendered, ruled and lined surface finish to rear (south) elevation. Square-headed central door opening approached by flight of three cut-granite steps with rendered block-and-start surround centred on diamond pointed keystone framing timber panelled double doors having overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills (ground floor) or cut-granite sill course (first floor), and rendered block-and-start surrounds centred on diamond pointed keystones framing one-over-one timber sash windows.
