Description
On level ground overlooking a steep SE-facing slope. At present the site is c. 50m from the shore of Blessington Reservoir. Hexagonal graveyard (c. 29m N-S; 38m E-W) defined by a modern wall. The graves are concentrated on the W side where there are several 18th, 19th and 20th century slabs. The earliest identifiable grave dates to 1747. Description
Situated on a steep SE-facing slope, now overlooking the Blessington Reservoir. Pentagonal graveyard (max. Wth 35m) defined by a modern wall. The earliest identifiable grave dates to 1747. A curving dip in the ground on the NE side of the site may represent the perimeter of a circular enclosure (max. diam. c. 65m). A holy well (WI005-028----) lies to the E. Description
Situated c. 90m E of Scurlock's Graveyard (WI005-027001-) on a gentle SE-facing slope c. 35m from the shore of the Blessington Reservoir. A spring feeding into a natural gully.
