Description
Terraced three-bay one and a half-storey house, built c.1900. The building is one of a planned, slightly picturesque, terrace of similar dwellings. The façade is finished in brick, with some of the brick around the entrance and ground floor windows painted. The pitched roof is slated and has a slight overhang with plain bargeboards and fascia, serrated ridge tiles and a shared brick chimneystack. The entrance consists of a timber ‘tongue and groove’ door. The windows have very shallow segmental heads and multiple-pane timber frames and painted concrete sills. The upper floor window is set within a gabled dormer which is shared with the neighbouring house. uPVC rainwater goods. To the front of the house is a small garden, enclosed from the roadside by a painted picket fence.

Description
Detached three-bay one and a half-storey half dormered house, built c.1890. The house is constructed in semi-coursed granite rubble with brick dressings. The replacement panelled door is set within a flat-headed opening and has a bracketed lean-to slated canopy. Window openings are flat-headed and have one over one timber sash frames. The dormer gable is topped with a small stone finial. The pitched roof is slated with serrated clay ridge tiles and rainwater goods are cast-iron; the brick chimneystacks have corbelled caps and clay pots. The house is prominently sited at the junction of Ferrybank and Bridge Lane.

Description
Detached five-bay single-storey former national school, built 1892, and now in use as a National Training and Development Centre. The building is constructed in semi-coursed rubble granite with brick dressings. To the north is a recent modern addition. The south gable has a triple lancet window and is surmounted by a small stone finial. The timber sheeted door has a six pane fanlight and all are set within a flat-headed opening with a brick flat arch. The door sits in a brick gabled bay which projects slightly. Above the door is a small inscribed stone plaque which reads ‘Ferrybank School 1892’. Window openings have shallow pointed arch-headed openings with six over nine timber sash frames. The pitched roof is slated, with serrated clay ridge tiles, cast-iron rainwater goods and projecting eaves course. The brick chimneystack has a corbelled cap and clay pots. The building is set in a small lane and is positioned behind a low rubble granite wall.

Detached seven-bay single-storey former Sunday School hall, built c.1890, and now in use as a National Training and Development Centre. The building is constructed in semi-coursed rubble granite with brick dressings. To the north is a recent modern lean-to addition. The west gable has a triple lancet window with multiple-paned metal frames. That to the east has an oculus multiple paned metal frame. The timber sheeted door is set within a small lean-to porch. Window openings have shallow pointed arch-headed openings with multiple-paned metal frames. The pitched roof is slated, with serrated clay ridge tiles, a tall central fleche, cast-iron rainwater goods and projecting eaves course. The building is set in a small lane and is positioned behind a low rubble granite wall.

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1920. The house is finished in lined render. The panelled door has multiple-pane sidelights and sits in a slightly projecting flat-roofed recent porch addition. To either side is a single-storey canted bay. The porch and canted bays are all flat-roofed and have decorative fascia boards. Window openings are flat-headed and have one over one and two over two timber sash frames. The roof is slated with cast-iron rainwater goods. Replacement chimneystacks are rendered with concrete copestones and tall clay pots. The house is well set back behind a rendered wall with square gate pillars and cast-iron gate. It is within a large mature garden.
