Between 3.6m - 5.0m will be above ground level, the remainder will be buried below ground level b. New below-ground discharge pumping station with associated below-ground valve chambers and wet well c. New 4.1m high tertiary treatment system (including 2 No. tertiary filter units and flocculation tank with a volume of 8m3) d. 2 No. 2.7m high chemical storage tanks (each with a volume of 7.5m3) e. Electrical control kiosk (6.4m L x 5.2m W x 2.5m H) f. Standby generator g. Diversion of the flows from the existing final effluent pump chamber via 110m of 300mm external diameter sewer to the new discharge pumping station. The proposed development will also include: h. Construction of approximately 4.4km of 400mm diameter outfall rising main from the proposed pumping station to the proposed outfall diffuser within the River Rine i. An outfall diffuser with three diffuser heads of 225mm diameter located within the River Rine foreshore j. All ancillary works site development works including site preparation works, hardstanding, site clearance, ground levelling and site drainage as required to facilitate the development. This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement (NIS).

The clamp is possibly associated with the nearby Manus House as it has brickwork erected in the later 18th/earlier 19th centuries. Description
Detached L-plan three-bay two-storey glebe house, built 1822, with single-bay two-storey return. Possibly originally a rectory. Single-bay single-storey gabled projecting glazed porch added to centre, c. 1920. Single-bay two-storey lean-to, added c. 1955. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Pitched roof to porch with finial and decorative timber bargeboards. Roughcast rendered walls. Tripartite timber sliding sash and replacement casement windows. Retaining interior features. Detached four-bay single-storey gate lodge to site. Cut-stone stone gate piers set in curved walls. Associated farm buildings to rear.

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1810, with three-bay two-storey return to rear. Glazed porch with carved bargeboards and finial added to entrance. Hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Red brick walls to front elevation. Rubble stone walls with red brick dressings to openings to return. Timber sliding sash windows. Round-headed door opening with radial fanlight and timber panelled door. Retaining interior shutters. Detached L-plan twenty-two-bay single-storey rubble stone-built stable complex with segmental-headed carriageways and bellcote to site.

Precast plaster pediments additions to ground floor window openings. Replacement uPVC windows. Replacement glazed timber panelled door. Detached four-bay two-storey outbuilding with cut-stone bellcote. Cut-stone piers with cast-iron gates.
