In pasture, atop hillock. Oval area (24.4m E-W; 19.9m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 0.8m) N->SE; scarp (H 2.2m) SE->N; external fosse (D 0.6m) NNE->SE; low counterscarp bank ENE->ESE. In pasture, on S-facing slope. Circular area (40.3m NE-SW; 39.4m NW-SE) enclosed by earthen bank (H 2.7m); with external fosse (D 1.4m), waterlogged in parts. Entrance (Wth 2.8m) to E, with causeway.
