In pasture, on W-facing slope. Heavily overgrown circular area (diam. c. 24m) enclosed by low earthen bank (H 0.7m). Description
On level pasture at bottom of slope on N side of Argideen river. One stone survives. It is 1.3m L, 0.7m T, 2m H, aligned NE-SW. OS Name Book (1902) mentions 'Two large stones...about 8ft. long'; are depicted on map in NE-SW line. Landowner has blasted the prostrate stone that had lain beside extant stone.
