  In rough grazing on N-facing slope. Irregular stone aligned ENE-WSW (H 2.2m; 1.4m x 0.2m). Stone leans heavily to NNW and is resting against a similar size half-buried stone.   Description

  In floodplain, on S side of inner Dunmanus Harbour. Circular area (17m N-S; 16m E-W) enclosed by eroded earthen bank (H 0.4m). Interior level with signs of flooding.   Description

  In swampy field, overrun by high tides, just S of mount of river which flows into Dunmanus Harbour. Subrectangular flat-topped boulder (2.4m x 1.9m; T 0.9m) resting above three support stones.   Description

  In pasture, atop hillock. Circular area (40m N-S; 42m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (max. ext. H 3.4m); external fosse (D 1.6m); counterscarp bank (H 1.2m) SSE->WSW, continues as low foundations topped by stone field fence WSW->N.   Description

  Irregular mound (diam. 8m N-S; H 2.3m) in low-lying boggy ground. Burnt material visible under grass cover. Possible trough areas to N and E.   Description

  In rough pasture, on the crest of an E-W rocky ridge with extensive views S to the Fastnet Rock and N to Dunmanus Bay. A roughly circular cairn (1.45m N-S; 1.3m E-W; H 0.6m), cone-shaped in elevation, is built on bedrock and contains of a mixture of medium-sized stones. Some of the cairn has been rebuilt or added to in more recent times. According to local information, this cairn has been in existence as long as older people can remember. This information, together with its location and the rounded weather-beaten nature of many of the stones, suggests that this is an ancient cairn.
