Description
Eighteenth century 2-storey gable-ended house. View front (SE) of 4 bays. Entrance front (NW) facing farm buildings; central doorway concealed by porch, flanked by sidelights. Round-headed window flanked by sidelights overhead. Double sandstone chimney stacks on each gable. Additions to both gable ends. Description

Description
On edge of sheer cliff-face overlooking sea; severely damaged by sea erosion; around half site in existence on 1842 OS 6-inch map; diam c. 60m. Remaining interior D-shaped, almost completely fallen into sea; enclosed by two earthen banks (H 5m) with intervening flat-based fosse (D c. 1m). External fosse infilled but visible in cliff-face. Erosion still taking place here. Site was much less eroded when inspected by Westropp (1914, 97). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Description
On N bank of stream, overlooking Man of War cove to E. Ornate mid/late 19th century 3-storey mill (long axis E-W); roofless with gable ends. Front elevation (S) of 5 bays; central pedimented breakfront. Central wide door with brick arch. Wheel-pit (Wth 1.3m) along E gable; internally ironpit wheel with wooden cogs survives on remains or axle. Interior overgrown but quite a number of millstones (french burr) visible within.
