  Description

  Detached three-bay two-storey former rectory, built c. 1880, with three-bay and two-bay side elevations, canted-bay window to south gable, and two-storey lean-to addition to rear. Now in use as private house. Hipped U-plan slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls, with render plinth. Diminishing square-headed openings with limestone sills and timber sliding sash windows, mainly two-over-two pane, with round-headed two-over-two pane window and square-headed three-over-three pane window to north elevation, and some replacement uPVC windows to rear and side elevations. Central segmental-headed entrance doorway with timber panelled door, sidelights and fanlight, approached by limestone steps, and formerly having lean-to glazed timber porch. Underground well chamber in garden to rear approached by narrow steps, with decorative cast-iron closure.

  Description

  Detached four-bay single-storey former national school, built 1894, now in use as private dwelling with recent lean-to canopy to rear for car. Pitched scalloped slate roof with ornate ridge cresting, projecting bracketed eaves with decorative timber bargeboards, brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roof lights inserted to rear pitch. Rubble limestone wall to front, with cut-stone quoins, inset name and date plaque, and cast-iron air-vents to base of wall. Rendered walls to sides and rear. Square-headed window openings with brick surrounds, cut limestone sills and replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed door opening with brick surround, recent timber door and paned overlight. Rubble wall bounding former playground to rear.

  Description

  Detached four-bay single-storey lobby-entry vernacular house, built c. 1800, with two-bay single-storey thatched extension set at right angle to south-west. Reed thatched roof, hipped to north end and pitched to south, with low brick chimneystack. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed door and window openings having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and double timber casement window, and timber battened door. Garden to front bounded by rendered wall having rendered piers and wrought-iron garden gate.
