  Description

  On a ridge in gently undulating grassland. Marked on 3rd ed. of OS 6-inch map (1920) as a circular, possibly bivallate, enclosure (D c. 25m). No visible surface trace survives. Apparently the monument was removed by the landowner in the 1950s. Tradition of a CBG (GA042-185001-) within the interior.   Description

  Within an enclosure (GA042-185----). According to local information, there was formerly a CBG here. No visible surface trace survives. It was apparently removed by the landowner in the 1950s. • GA042-186 Cairn - burial cairn
  Description

  On a slight ridge running NW-SE. Before its destruction for road material in 1936, it consisted of a large circular cairn (D c. 40m, H c. 7m). A rectangular cist (L 1.9m, Wth 1.12m, H 0.5m) was discovered 'in the centre at the base of the cairn' (Hynes 1937, 144-6). It was roofed by a single capstone and floored by another slab. It contained the greatly disturbed bones of three individuals. No visible surface trace survives. An earthwork (GA042-187----) lay 30m to SE.   Description

  On a slight ridge, 30m SE of a cairn (GA042-186----). Marked on 3rd ed. of OS 6-inch map (1920) as a rectilinear enclosure (c. 35m by c. 36m). A reservoir has since been built in the vicinity, and all that is now visible is a low very poorly preserved subcircular mound (22.4m by 21.5m) with traces of an external fosse at NW.
